The following are included in the rental cost of the venue for a wedding:
Use of the property starting at 11am ending 11pm.
Tiki torches on path to the guest restroom area.
Use of the house for the wedding party members – wedding guests limited to outside space.
Industrial Quality Clothes Steamer and clothes tripod for last minute touchups. (distilled water only)
Parking spaces up to 50 cars (approx 100 guests) - more than 50 cars requires you to contract outsourced valet services.
More than 100 cars requires shuttle services. No overflow parking.
Loulu staff member present on day of event, to maintain property infrastructure only.
1 Women’s and 1 Men’s Restroom (2 stalls in each).
Perimeter outdoor lighting and electrical hook ups for your event.
Three decorative uplights of your color choice (color based on availability).
Bamboo Arch (structure only)
Portable Bar structure (structure only – No bartender services provided).
Free use of the property for a wedding rehearsal (up to one hour) the week before your event, depending on availability of the property.
Dumpster for all the trash (up to 100 guests only). 200 guests and over must call for pricing.
White Roadside Flag and Private Event Sign of your choice posted on day of event.
