- Parking spaces up to 50 cars (approx 100 guests) - more than 50 cars requires you to contract outsourced
valet services.
More than 100 cars requires shuttle services. No overflow parking. - Loulu staff member present on day of event, to maintain property infrastructure only.
- 1 Women’s and 1 Men’s Restroom (2 stalls in each).
- Perimeter outdoor lighting and electrical hook ups for your event.
- Three decorative uplights of your color choice (color based on availability).
- Bamboo Arch (structure only)
- Portable Bar structure (structure only – No bartender services provided).
- Free use of the property for a wedding rehearsal (up to one hour) the week before your event, depending on availability of the property.
- Dumpster for all the trash (up to 100 guests only). 200 guests and over must call for pricing.
- White Roadside Flag and Private Event Sign of your choice posted on day of event.
